I am entering incorrect text on Hotmail (and other) captchas, what will happen next?

My another account got banned, althought I was entering captchas correctly. Why?
From 25 of January 2011 we are taking practice to an immediate account ban if you intentionally typed wrong text from the picture (Except language-specific captchas, Russian ones for example).

There are two reasons to block an account:
1- You made incorrect entries. It is forbidden. You should input full text correctly according to comments.
2- You input non-existent Z-purse number. Just create new account and input correct info.
What is Z-purse? How to create it?
